12/17/15 - So excited to say that I have been asked to present FOSTER by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) at two national conferences in Jan and Feb 2016 for High School Student Leadership groups. I'll be in Wash DC and Chicago presenting FOSTER at their LEAD Conferences which energizes thousands of student attendees from hundreds of high schools across at least four countries. So excited about this! (www.leadconferences.org)

12/14/15 - I really like the revisions that were just made to my website. It's now just about ready to allow any school in the world have access to the learning materials of the FOSTER Conversation Method!
Thank you for considering FOSTER Conversation, a communication tool for your students that can change their life for the rest of their life.
So great to have the school year start back up again here in New York. And even better to already have several student leadership groups at several schools already contact me about training them on the FOSTER method of conversation and job interview skills. To see a person separate themselves from the pack during a job interview due to their FOSTER skills is a VERY rewarding experience for me!
